time to pay the penalty

Okay today I am up 1.6 but it is all because last night we went out to eat and I did NOT eat POP at all so now I get to pay the price.  Hubby and I went out to eat for his birthday and so I enjoyed the meal knowing the scale would pay me back today but when I started this round I decided that I would not do anymore mid session loads but when something special came up I would just enjoy and go on from there and pay the price.  I had a wonderful time and enjoyed it greatly so like I said i will pay the price and just be on the diet an extra few days or week what ever it takes for me to get it off.  So I thought I had enough drops to get me finished but looks like I might have to go to http://www.affordablehcgdiet.com and order more drops but that's okay she has the best prices and the drops work wonders for you when you stay POP......I love the diet it does work so get with it if you haven't already and get on the loser train you will be so blessed if you do. Great Day

 I am down .8 i am pretty happy today i did my measurements and i am down 10.5 inches total from May 4th and 7.8 pounds so my inches are better than my pounds totals since I started the diet are 43.4 pounds and 54.5 inches(neck, l&r arm, upperchest, chest, midrift, waist, hips,l&rthigh,l&rknee, l&r calf) so spread out a lot but hey I will take it!! started Feb 12 with loading. i n ever add in the pounds i gain from loading i always go from my start weight to that days date.  Today i went back and added in the load weight i had gained on the 2 mid session loads i did and that gives me 60.8 pounds lost since Feb 12 so i am even more excited.  I know you do all do better in the losses than me but for me this is just outstanding.  Soon i am going to have to go buy knew cloths again.  So happy dieting to you all and remember if you haven't already gone and ordered drops to do so from http://www.affordablehcgdiet.com/ they are great and they will do the same or better for you if you give them a try.  i will never be sorry I did.  Thank you Shea for the drops and support  God Bless you all and have a great day in the LORD

so busy and not enough time in the day

I know it has been forever since I have written anything.  I have been busy watching grandkids and trying to home school my 14 year old son that has major behavior issues.  So here I am again all thanks to http://www.affordablehcgdiet.com  I have to date lost a total of 43 pounds and am so thankful for the HCG drops i got from them.  I am not on this journey alone as I have a huge family of other hcg's out there giving support and helping out when ever questions arise.  Summer is almost here and I am no where near where I wanted to be but that's okay I am a lot closer than I would have been without the hcg. I have another 50 pounds for sure to go but I will decide when I get there how much more I am going to do or just stabalize there.
